This week the children and staff have been celebrating Eid. We have been listening to cultural music and learning dances. 

The children have had the opportunity to try food from a different culture. Some of the children enjoyed the food however, some were not sure. We were proud of all our children for having a try of the different foods available. 

This year for Remembrance Day, we decided as a setting to make poppy wreaths made by the children to show our respect. We walked up to the park with the children and their parents and hung our wreaths on the memorial. We explained to the children that we were there to show our respect and to acknowledge the courage of those who served their country.
